Yeah Yeah Yeah’s leader Karen O and Danger Mouse stopped by the SiriusXMU studios recently and recorded a stunning rendition of the Lou Reed classic “Perfect Day”. The pair released a collaborative album a couple of months back titled “Lux Prima.” which I’ve found to be one of the most thought provoking and inspiring records of the year. Their take on “Perfect Day” enhances all of the greatness and simplicity of the song in grand fashion.
