Sigur Rose have announced a 26 date tour of Europe and the U.S. where they will be accompanied by a 41 piece orchestra. The tour kicks off June 16th with an appearance at The Meltdown Festival in the U.K. and also includes appearances in Paris, Boston, New York City and many more before wrapping up on August 27th in Los Angeles.
The group are also set to release their new as of now “Untitled” album and their first in 10 years sometime in June. The tracks were recorded at Abbey Road with The London Contemporary Orchestra.
