Polish rock unit Sublunar play their own brand of passionate rock music on their latest release “A Random Moment of Stillness”.
Lead off track “Bear With Me” is an epic seven plus minute barn burner full of intense vocals, thunderous bass, angular guitars and driving drums. Theirs a hypnotic feel to it all as the instruments lock in together perfectly and draw you in to the unique world the band have created.
“Unnamed” keeps the passion at a high level as Łukasz Dumara’s voice carries the track through a sea of cosmic guitar riffs and vibrant rhythms while “Falling Upwards” focuses on intricate instrumentation and adds some crushing low end chords that add a heavy element to it all.
The record is rounded out by the incredibly melodic and mysterious sounding “Reasonate”, the liquid like flow of “Attract / Deter” and the uplifting spirit of “A Sun Blur”.
Overall “A Random Moment of Stillness” showcases a band in their prime, harnessing the energy of each other to deliver top notch songs and stellar performances from beginning to end.
